Message JWT HD valve springs. I was planning to upgrade to better cams but haven't had the chance and wont any time soon.

According to the SpecialtyZ site: BDE rebuilt VTC sprockets feature a redesigned piston return spring specifically engineered for the load needed to prevent camshaft over-rotation with installed valve spring pressures up to 90 lbs and permit full VTC function.

Shouldnt that mean a simple replacement of the welded gears with the BDE ones would work?
